TCCC Fall 23 Men’s Conference

Although current headlines frequently speak of worldwide sex-and-gender confusion among
males, the majority of males continue to confront several timeless challenges related to becoming a
man and being the best example of manhood. Christian and non-Christian males are constantly
inundated with advertising, cultural prompts and peer pressure to assume that manhood is defined
by a product, a posture or a practice that will instantly define them as men. Christian men must
additionally and carefully navigate these timeless challenges and pressures using the words of
scripture to guide them to be the kind of men with whom God is pleased.
God has equipped the males He created with individual combinations of skills and interests
that they may choose to utilize and develop into an obedience and love for God and others that
brings God glory and blesses others and themselves. The scriptural choices Christian males make
into and through manhood require.
